The Commission's response to the Finance and Public Administration Committee's call for views on its inquiry: Scotland’s Commissioner Landscape: A Strategic Approach.

A joint letter from members of the UK Independent Mechanism (UKIM), designated under Article 33.2 of the United Nations Committee on the Rights of People with Disabilities (UN CRPD). In August 2023, a UKIM report indicated little progress had been made to implement the Committee’s recommendations from its inquiry into the UK, which found ‘grave and systematic’ violations of the Convention. This letter provides more information in response to questions asked by the Committee in August 2023, and key updates since that time.
