Research Tender: Business and Human Rights

The Scottish Human Rights Commission (the Commission) invites interested parties to submit an application to undertake a short comparative study exploring the development of Business and Human Rights National Action  Plans (B&HR NAPs) in other countries and to make recommendations about the best framework to adopt in Scotland. The study should review best practice relating to the drafting and implementation of National Action Plans, as well as frameworks for monitoring and evaluation of their delivery.
