Climate Justice and Human Rights, A Briefing Note for UN Independent Expert John Knox

Our policy officer Diego Quiroz has briefed John Knox, the Independent Expert on human rights and the environment, on the good practice taking place in Scotland.

Over the past six years, the Commission has urged the Scottish Government and Scottish Parliament to take a series of actions to ensure that a human rights based approach to climate change is implemented in policy.
